  I have had my local 24 hour McDonald's totally ruined by this staff member that verbally attacks customers. Basically, if you have any sort of question, request, comment or complaint about the service, then this young staff member instantly charges to the front counter and without any idea what is happening he just begins to argue with and verbally attack the customer, which he does with incorrect information. That if you have any complaint whatsoever this young guy basically steams headfirst into the situation and without any idea what is happening he just instantly starts calling you a liar and trouble causer that has no idea what you are taking about and then stands there throwing insults and accusations at you. Which he does with 0% evidence and without even knowing what is happening. He just literally charges into the situation and instantly begins telling the customer they are wrong, they are idiots, they have no right to complain and then just stands there hurling accusations and insults at the customer. He does not even know what is happening or why you are complaining, he just instantly charges in and begins insulting, arguing with and verbally attacking the customer. When managers appear and tell this staff member to please stop / please calm down / please back away / please chillout. He just totally ignores the managers and just stands 5ft behind them and continues to hurl insults, accusations and argumentative comments into the conversation. That his only goal seems to be arguing with the customer and throwing out wild accusations and insults at them. Which he does with no evidences or proofs offered. Then, it seems he quickly runs around the kitchen speaking with anyone connected to your food and drink production. That he seems to move between the till area / drinks area / food area giving staff orders. Then comes racing into any customer service situation at the front counter. That he just charges into any situation and just instantly begins arguing and making accusations against customers. Then when McDonald's managers ask him to please stop! He just takes 2 or 3 steps back and then carries on verbally attacking the customer anyway. He basically acts like the owner of McDonald's and has the attitude that customers are always wrong and are not allowed to complain about sloppy service. You just do not expect to enter a McDonalds store and find yourself being verbally attacked and insulted by someone who is little more than a high rate and pushy teenager. I don't feel safe knowing this person is connected to my food and drink production. He simply injects himself into any situation and instantly turns it into a heated argument.

  Food often missing when ordered for delivery and drive through. Portions of chips are not accurate large chips have less than a medium consistently!! If only the staff could be consistent at fulfilling orders! Management must know this stuff but couldn't care less. Almost as if they have been instructed to miss items an provide less for the same value due to the huge dips in profit the McDonald's franchise is making. Save your money an kids from crying support small local food venues better value an quality without a doubt!

  Think this is the 3rd time they got stuff wrong on my order and my food arriving cold to the point the chips are almost stale

  On our latest experience the tea had fell over in the bag and soaked it ,the mcflurry had fell over so obviously not put in properly we are constantly having items missing on our delivery and not every email gets answered so lose out money wise when things are missing and the food arrives cold on an average 4 out of 5 times so will stop ordering now enough enough
